Company was several days late shipping to me (after confirming original shipping estimate when I contacted them for info, even). I am very pleased with the cot, tho'--it seems sturdy and comfortable. The canvas is VERY TIGHT! (I am a 100 lb weakling, so have to leave one end flopping loose since unable to secure it). I assume that it will stretch with use. |

The cot was a little tight when I first assembled it, so I left it assembled for a couple weeks and slept on it on the back porch a few times. Now that it is broken in, it is easy to set up. The 500 pound capacity is probably right, because I am light and tend to bounce of easily, it seems hard compared to the cots I have worn out in the past. The really nice thing is the size 6' 11" long by 32 1/2" wide. The only problem was the buckle for the storage strap which was made of plastic and broke when I cinched it up. |

I bought this for camping, and it saved me one night when I found the poles to my tent were missing. It is a bit of pain to put back into the sack it comes with, but that's ok. I've also used it for unexpected company and they have told me it was comfortable (I think it's comfortable too). |
