I bought this TomTom GPS a month ago, and I am VERY pleased with it. The setup directions were easy to understand,and straightforward. The On screen Menus make the unit extremely simple to setup travel plans. I can honestly say that THIS TomTom GPS is definetly worth the money. Do yourself a favor,get one of these TomTom GPS units.It will make travelling a lot more pleasurable.

Great unit, but Americancivilwar.com CS is poor.... |

Unit works great, good as new. Don't waste your time looking for the TomTom Home DVD or product code card. They're not in the box. Americancivilwar.com customer service, from Bangladesh or Calcutta it seems, is CLUELESS! Instead of having the mfr. send the missing items from their product description, they wanted the "complete" unit (uhhh...what part of missing items make up complete????) returned to them!!?? I had already spent hours updating and enhancing from TomTom's website upon receipt, but that went in one ear and out the other. Oh, and if you bought it a couple days ago for $129.99 with a $30 rebate, they're $99.99 now, no rebate necessary. I guess that's okay because CS rep. "Niti" in very broken English said the rebate check from the form I filled out a couple days ago would be here in a week. LMAO!!! The rebate center says 10-12 weeks. Unit is five stars, Americancivilwar.com CS one star. (It was a live body or a zero for CS would be appropriate!) Caveat Emptor!! |
