I had a couple of RCA ANT-1500, passive (non-powered) antennas. I took them to a friends in order to watch a football game that wasn't on cable. I could not easily replace them with the RCA unit, so I purchased this antenna. Yuck. Not even close. These are going back and I'm ordering the ant1500's. And yes, the cords are really short too. |

I purchased this item from ANTonline. But the antenna was not able to pick up ANY of analog or digital channels, ZERO, not even a single channel, which is not due to my location because my other TERK antenna picks up about 15 digital channels. So I contacted ANTonline, they issued an RMA# but the only refund i got was the item price, I had to suffer the the original shipping and return shipping price of total ~ 15$. They have this aweful policy which bears buyer to pay all the shippings even though the return was due to the item's quality. I mean, is it fair to set any policy in their favor and sell those non-working products, which ends up being returned, however they still can charge full hefty shipping to the unwary customers? It was just plain wrong, unfair and very unpleasant experience to deal with ANTonlie. Americancivilwar.com LLC would have paid all the shippings in this kind of case. AVOID this seller or other 'Marketplace' sellers who charges shipping onto the innocent customers, you'll regret it in case the item you buy doesn't work. |

This product works far better than my more traditional RCA hd antenna. So many HD channels came in that I got one for my other tv as well and got rid of the RCA product. |

I purchased two GE 24775 Quantum Indoor HDTV Antennas, one for use on a new 19" Digital HD TV and one for an analog tuner TV. I was disappointed with the results especially for the digital HD application. I could not get good reception for the analog channels and the digital channel reception would lock up or show pixel distortion no matter which position I placed the antenna. The other unit did improve reception on my old TV over rabbit ears but no noticeably better to support the price paid. |

Great Antenna needs extras |

I subscribed to Basic Cable TV and they were cutting me off from the free digital broadcasts. I live next to the Rocky Mountains and 63 miles away from Albuquerque where broadcast signals originate. After installing and doing a new setup on my HDTV, I now get more channels than before and all are crystal digital clear. The only problem with this antenna is that the power cord and the hard-wired coaxial cable are both very short (that cost one star). I put the antenna on top of a high bookshelf and neither cable reached the floor. I extended them both and all works fine now. Great antenna! |
