Great sound but not the most durable construction |
You can't beat the features this system has to offer for the price. Also very compact for those that have limited space. Still use it a lot after over 4 years. I do have some occasional issues with the CD tray but nothing that has been permanent or debilitating.

Worked great for about 3 months |

Great price, great sound but died after about 3 months of use. Not a good investment. I can't even get it to open up to remove my CDs. A very big disappointment. I hope that my experience is the exception. |

I was looking for something to replace my cheap little boombox that sits bed side. Well this was it. The sound is clear and rich. Perfect for a den or bedroom and easy to use. The AM FM radio sounds great and the cd player sounds better than my expensive home system that I have in the livingroom. For the price you can't go wrong. If you wan't something that sounds better than you will need another $500.00 to do this. So for the price you can't go wrong enjoy!!!!!! |

Perfect for the home office |

I had mentioned to family that I was considering a small bookshelf system for my home office/guest bedroom, and this one materialized as a Christmas present. It's perfect - the sound is excellent in an 11x12 foot room (it's actually just as powerful as my big set in the living room). The sound quality is a big surprise! It's small enough to fit into just over 2 feet of shelf space. I'm living kind of in the boonies in relation to the city, and the FM antenna pulls in a lot of stations I hadn't been able to get before. Sharp has never let me down - I had a little black and white tv when I was a teenager that lasted me well into my very late 20's. I just know this little set will last a long time. |

The gift that keeps on giving |
I got this staroe for my birthday and i just set it up {which took almost 5 min.} and turned it on and the sound was amazing from these small speakers.The bass is amazing, it just tumps! I want to keep this stareo for a long time.
