A one-touch dialer offers 20 separate stations for frequently-dialed numbers, while a separate speed dials provides 10 stations for the most important folks. An excellent choice for home offices, the KX-TS105B allows you to connect a fax machine or computer via the data port, while the built-in headset jack keeps your hands free for taking notes during important calls. A speakerphone is built into the base, providing an easy way for multiple people to listen in on the conversation. Accessed via a personalized PIN, restricted dialing allows you to make sure children, guests, or employees can't make long-distance calls without your knowledge. You can even set up the phone to block all outgoing calls except those made to a single emergency number of your choice. Stored memory functions require the use of three AA batteries (not included). Great Phone for the Price |
I purchased this phone and opted to add the headset as well because I work from home, and needed a corded phone with a headset in order to be able to take client calls. I am so pleased that I was able to find such a good phone for the price. The sound quality is great, I can hear callers just fine and they can hear me clearly as well, I never have problems with volume or static, and I just love the fact that I have my own mute button on the phone. Never know when a wayward cough or sneeze will sneak up on you, and it's such assurance to know that I can just hit that mute button to cover the sound and not have to worry about being affected with that in my call monitorings.
I love also that the mute button makes a little sound when you hit it, so you can be sure it's on. Some other phones offer the mute button but may or may not have this added feature. I never have to use the speakerphone because I take direct calls from customers, so I can't comment on how that works. The headset fits comfortably, and the sound is great there as well.
Overall, I love this phone. It's perfect for the purpose that I bought it for, and I would very much recommend it. For the price, it's a great deal! |

Perfect for what I needed |

I bought this phone because I needed a corded phone to use with a headset. This fits the bill, was fairly inexpensive, is small enough to be unobtrusive, and has a 'flash' feature. A good buy for what I needed! |

Serves its purpose! |

This is a great phone with all the BASIC features. Haven't used the speakerphone, you must put batteries in it for it to work. The handset sound is clear. Works great, no problem. |
