I purchase this video to get started with an at home exercise routine. I couldn't do most of the moves. I tried to keep up without stopping. I'm not that flexible. I still gave it a high score because the parts of the video and I completed I felt really good about. |

This is a great DVD for those who may be short on time or motivation. My favorite section is the waist trimmer. I can feel all of my ab muscles working during this segment. No situps! Next I enjoy working the arms and shoulders. I recommend this DVD to anyone! |
