MY body feels alive after doing this DVD. Ana and Ravi make yoga fun and new. I just can't get enough of their yoga DVDs I have all of them and each is as Brilliant as the next. I found great energy results and flexability from doing this DVD. A must try!!!!! |

I love to do Ultimate Stretch in the evening - I am putty afterwards!
I used to have trouble sleeping, but it seems like insomnia is becoming a rarity for me now. The entire routine is about 55 minutes long but can be broken up into shorter segments. What a joy this program has been! From head to toe, I am worked out, relaxed and stretched out when finished. Very fluid moves, very easy to follow, and great alignment tips to "drop" you into the pose, as well as inspirations to start or end the day. I could go on and on about all of the Ravi Singh & Ana DVD's I have tried, but I really recommend you try one for yourself - - soon! |

I LOVE THIS ULTIMATE STRETCH DVD |
I recently took a chance on buying a Kundalini Yoga DVD. I had done yoga sporadically for years (power, vinyasa, restorative) but none hooked me so instantly as these Ana Brett and Ravi Singh titles I've found on Americancivilwar. This Stretch is fantastic! They share the instruction and Ana is very athletic and a pleasure to follow. Often Ravi says to "want to do this all day." Well, I often feel just that with the poses in Ultimate Stretch. Squatting w/BOF being one (LOVE that - feels so good on the lower back/hips/groin) and the up/down cobra. So great for opening up my upper back after a day slaving away at my desk. Aaahhh!

too much mid-section lower back exercise too soon |
warning.. if you have never done yoga or are just starting this is not for you. it starts with alot of 90 dgr bending down too much too soon i think. i sprang my back the first time i did it and again later. i think it needs a bit more steps to ease into the 90 dgr bending.
also all the exercise concentrates mostly on mid section and lower back. for me who uses computer alot i really need some more exercise for shoulder and neck. but it practically has none in that area.
its almost like it's an exercise for someone who wants to be flexible on the waist and lower body area and that's it..
i wish it contains poses for more parts of the body and not just in one area where one can easily get hurt if not ease into it.
this is really more for intermediate yoga practioner. |

Will get you exited about yoga! |
This is my best find in a long long time! I did this the first time and had so much fun I didn't realize I was getting such a great workout. But I felt it the next day, and the next! Most amazing was the fact that I kept looking forward to doing it again. Unlike other yoga type workouts I have tried you start to feel the benefits just a few minutes into the workout and it keeps you wanting more more more!
The instructors are great. I can plainly see why they are the more popular of the yoga teachers. |
