Great to change up your routine |

I agree with others that this DVD doesn't give the intense cardio workout that it proclaims to give, but it is a great mix-up to my exercise routine. I recently pulled it out of my DVD storage to change up my cardio routine. I consider myself to be at an intermediate level but believe me I felt this workout the first few times I did it. It has been at least 3 years since I've done this workout. I've been doing it once every couple of days for about 2 weeks now and it's getting to be a little dull and I now need something more intense but it's definitely a great workout to do sparingly. |

Only a "1" because it's for a Beginner |

I'll make this short. I am a tae bo junkie. If you are a beginner this is for you, if you are intermediate, use it on your "off day" and if you are advanced, don't buy it. I didn't know it's level....waste of money, but I gave it to a friend wanting to try tae bo for the first time. |

TAEBO CARDIO |
I LOVE Billy. His videos is gaged for all levels of fitness and yes, I like this DVD as well.
ADVANCE TB FANS....check out "TAEBO ULTIMATE ABS/BUTT". I own both DVD'S and right now, I'm only observing "TAEBO ULTIMATE ABS/BUTT" - (not participating). This DVD is a challenged which is dam near "non stop", kicking your butt from start to finish.
BEGINNERS TB FANS: check out "TAEBO - FOUNDATION" to learn proper form and technique before taking on ANY challenge. You'll be thanking yourself later. :-) |

Great workout, just not intense enough for me. |

I started my tae-bo journey with the fat-blasting cardio dvd. So I came in the door with a high intensity workout. This is the dvd I put in on days I dont feel like working out, but I still get a good workout. The good thing about this dvd is, it is easy for beginners to follow along. As a previous reviewer mentioned, you will not accidentally throw out your shoulder with this one. The warm up and cool down are longer than the other dvds(about 20 mins total I think) and the other half is the cardio. Alot of the moves on here are on the fat blasting cardio dvd, but you do them slower. He did add a few new moves though. Overall you get a great workout without a major strain on your body. I am a beginner and this was EASY for me. So I recommend this to the beginner and the advanced if you want to work up a good sweat, burn calories and get in shape!!! |

This was my first Tae bo video, I had intended to start with the 'Foundationo, but I ordered it and while waiting a friend lent me this one.I thought it was a great beginner video, I am just starting back exercising regularly after 10 years (yes I am ashamed) and after three weeks of cardio 'dance type' exercise videos I wanted to diversify and my bro says Tae bo works . I was able to keep up with this and was happy with the burn I felt nice start. I suggest you dofoundation first cause as with many exercises form is important so youdon't hurt yourself...but this was good. |
