Nice |

Fun to run with. Keeps a good cadence except for transitions in between songs. If resorts back to the ranger song every time. That part gets old but the rest of the CD is awesome. |

My son uses these CD's to stay motivated while working out- I have to say, they seem to do the trick- but it's funny that sometimes at the grocery I find myself humming some of the tracks... |

US Army Rangers Cadences |
|
Great collection of some of the best cadences in the Army. I use this to wake up in the mornings on my CD player-clock, and it gets me out of bed. Great for listening to while running; pure motivation. Perfect to learn new cadences if you are in JROTC. Slight profanity is used, but nothing extreme. I highly recommend this CD. |

Worth the Money |

If you enjoy running to cadence, this is a good buy, They are easy to understand and help get you pumped up for a good run. The cadences don't flow from one to the next as smoothly as I would like but still rythmic. A good buy. |

Very helpful |
|
I'm wicked out of shape and can barely run a mile, but this cd is great for making sure I keep pace and don't quit early. Downsides are the poor mixing between tracks. At a couple points in the cd, you have to adjust your step a little because the mixing is off a fraction of a second. Nothing major, so overall I say this is a good exercise cd to go with. |
