Soothing and Refreshing |

I play this almost every night as I go to sleep. I rarely get to the end before falling asleep. It seems to me as though it never starts in the same place twice- so it's like a new CD each time. It's not like you're anticipating the same melody over and over. I have several soothing CDs which I have purchased thru Americancivilwar. They are all unique, and I love them all. I find the reviews to be reliable when I am looking to buy more CDs like these. |

Great music |

This is a very good CD. I often listen to it at night when my mind is going too fast and can't seem to quiet down. This does the trick. It would also be great for massage. |

While this cd is obviously tailored towards a stress filled society and is to be recommended for that I personally enjoy the relaxing music of www.borntosingmusic.com which I discovered by accident The two cds I possess from this site have a variety of stunning sounds tailored towards the relaxation market which I can recommend anyone looking into this particular genre. These cds are highly recommended and great to sleep or meditate too. |
