Mighty Machines construction and fire |

My son just loves trucks, anything and everything with trucks. However, these dvds did not keep his attention at all. I don't know if it was the format or what but there are other more interesting dvds out there on these same subjects. |

Toddler's Favorite DVDs of all time. |

We own 4 of the Mighty Machines dvds and they have quickly become my 2 1/2 yr old son's favorite movies. Beware that the theme song "Mighty Machines" will get stuck in your head. In truth, he's learned an awful lot about these types of machines, pointing out certain things I had no idea he knew! (Which is even cooler, since my son has a speech delay.) You can't beat the price for the length of the dvds, either. They've been a lifesaver on long vacation trips this summer. |

Great DVDs with silly extras |
These two dvds are a steal at less than $15 for so much material and my kids, mainly my four year old, love them. In fact I was woken up this morning by my little boy poking me and saying "mighty machines dvd please."
The only reason these dvds didn't get five stars is the extras included on each dvd. The extras on the bulldozer dvd are slightly shortened versions of the shows on the fire engine dvd. And the extras on the fire engine dvd are, you guessed it, slightly shortened versions of the shows on the bulldozer dvd. Kinda silly.
The bottom line is these dvds are great and really do provide hours of entertainment for kids who love any and all "mighty machines." |

Highly recommend! |

This entire series is wonderful! My son requests these DVDs more than any others we own. They are about 90 minutes long, and explore the jobs of the machines- the trucks themselves do the explaining. They are perfect for children 2-5, and provide hours of entertainment (and allow adults to get some things done in the process)! |
