Bachata supergroup Aventura has never been shy about its musical prowess. In fact, the K.O.B. in this disc's title stands for "Kings of Bachata," and the cover shot pays homage to a certain fab foursome. A heady rep, to be sure, but Aventura backs it up with solid, sexy tunes and equally compelling showmanship. K.O.B. Live mixes old favorites, new tracks and live footage, giving fans the full package. The live bits were recorded at Madison Square Garden, a nice homecoming for the Bronx, New York-based group. Tunes such as "Los Infieles" and "Llorar" can-and do-induce swoons. Just listen to all the screaming, and prepare to be seduced. --Joey Guerra |

Recording quality could have been better |

The new songs are great. However, some of the Live recordings could have used better live sound work. It's apparent that they simply wanted to take performances from different Latin American countries, not based on sound quality. They should have recorded at an concert set up specifically for this album. In one performance you can even hear audio feedback (loud ringing)! |

Nice CD |
I like Aventura. Unfortunately I prefer studio versions rather than live versions. It is a good CD but not imppressive in my opinion.
The Los Infieles Video makes it worth the value |

EXCELLENT! |

This cd has a bit of everything, its perfect.. if your a real Aventura fan you have there prior cd's and if you do then you can hear the music with out the crowd in the background, why would they do a CD the same exact way with the same exact songs that there prior cd's have? they changed it up a bit here and its great! ROMEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

What a let down! |

I ADORE all things Aventura, own every song they've made. So of course I asked for this cd when I knew it was about to drop... the LIVE killed me. You can barely hear the music, it's like I'm sitting at a concert - but kinda far away. On the stereo at home it fills the house with so much noise that I end up turning it off. I assumed with 2 cds and a dvd one would be live and the other studio, but nope. All screaming crowds. I even searched to see if it came in a NON-Live version. I'm disappointed, but love them anyway, just don't recommend this CD. |
