I bought this product for my husband, who could stand to loose a few inches in the waist. He has to take pt tests and get measured every six months, so so far, its too soon to tell. He does seem to like this product and uses it every time he goes out running. |

This product does work... It produces alot of sweat and does help you to loose inches where it counts....However I was one of the people that used it excessivly and experienced the prickly heat.. IT ITCHES LIKE CRAZY AND FEELS LIKE BUGS ARE BITING YOU .. Use with discretion |
