Time & sweat saver |

This pump is worth every penny. I can inflate a Coleman air mattress with a fraction of the time and sweat required to use one of the standard foot pumps. Ever notice that once you use an air mattress and then deflate it, it can never be packed in as compact a space as the box in which it came? This pump can also be used when packing up the air mattress. The pump will suck all the air out of the mattress and make it easier to fold up and store in the same compact size as when it was new. If you are going camping and planning to use an air mattress, this is the pump you want. The 12v plug in pumps are fine if you have a place to plug it in that is no further from where the air mattress will be than the length of the cord. This pump eliminates that problem and is almost as fast. |

Better than blowing it up yourself |

If you will use this to Blow up an inflatable, it is much easier than doing it the old fashioned way but still time consuming. But, deflating is a waste. If I had to buy another one, I would buy one with motor. |

Surprisingly Good |

This pump is much better than i expected it to be. I thought it was going to be a cheap piece of plastic junk, and, it is all plastic, but it works well anyway. It fills a queen mattress in less than ten minutes. It's not hard to pump. It is very quiet (not like a crazy loud 4D battery Coleman pump i had that took forever and finally died after a year's use) so it won't disturb your campground neighbors if you happen to arrive in camp sort of late (as we inevitably seem to do.) It's fairly large and bulky, not compact at all, but great for car camping. Highly recommended if you are 'roughing it' with an air mattress. |

Very Frusterating |
|
I'll start by saying that I love Coleman products. This pump was so frustering, the hose is not attached because of the dual action, but there was absolutely no way I could get it attached to either nozzle, it just would not go on. Luckily I have 3 weeks before my trip and I can get a different one, with single action and an attached hose. I spent two days thinking "there must be some way to attach this, this is what it is supposed to do." All the time getting more and more frusterated. If you don't have enough time to return it if this happens to you, then I would look at another pump. |
