Gamma Tennis Trainer is good friend for warm up . It is good to practice lob and all high balls. It is not good for straight balls, it stop to jump. Just for warm up it is good. |

Great workout! Fun and... |
People always ask me where i got this from... it works very well, although i need to replace the ball after about 2 weeks... buy the replacement balls too! this thing really does help develop control and timing. If you hit hard, the knots will come undone from time to time... i lose a ball every time... but i hit pretty hard.
