Pros:
Things I like about these pods was the secure feeling that the lids gave me. I was not worried at all that the lid was going to pop open and I would loose all my paint balls. The lids are very easy to open with one hand and close as well (I usually just toss mine after I'm done filling up.) Also the bottoms of the pods are detachable which makes them very easy to clean. I don't know if this is an actual feature but one time while I was filling my pod up I had someone holding the pod for me while I dumped the paint balls in and she dropped it!! Thankfully the lid snapped closed when it hit the ground and I didn't loose any paint balls!!
Cons:
OK now for the bad stuff. The bottoms are detachable which is good for cleaning but one time while I was walking onto the field I accidentally clipped the side of a building next to the entry to the field and one of the bottoms of my pods popped off! The pods I had were a little used and a little beat up so it might just be an isolated problem. They held up while running, jumping and sliding so I'm just writing it off as a freak incident. Another thing I didn't like about the pods is that the top is secured with rubber bands, and sometimes the rubber bands would pop out of the hooks that they are supposed to sit in. Once again not a big problem because once you see it all you have to do is put them back into the hooks.
Summary:
All in all it is a great product. The ones I used were my friends who let me borrow them for the day. I will definitely buy my own though. |
