Mine arrived damaged. |
Some things you cannot tell from the picture are that the underside dome is not completely round like the ones at physical therapy. They are more of a plus sign. Mine arrived damaged the roller was all torn up and the non-slip foot pads where pulled up and the wood scratched. Accidents happen in shipping I realize this. Americancivilwar makes it right PRONTO
I decided to order another one offered here at Americancivilwar and it is really much nicer. More like the one I use at Physical therapy. It is black with a red center.
It's all according to what your personal choice is but this one is not quite as durable as the other one. |

Great board; helped with sprained ankle |

About a month or so ago, I sprained my ankle pretty severely and was worried about rehabbing it enough so I could hit the roads and start running again. I did some research and decided to order a wobble board to strengthen my ankles and reorient my proprioreceptors that affect balance when walking or running. I would call this a middle-of-the-line board in terms of price, which was very reasonable, and I have been very satisfied with the quality. I've gotten very good at standing on it, and the level of difficulty is satisfactory. It comes with a fitness DVD which I have not watched to completion because I find them boring, but if that's your thing you may like it. Overall, the wooden board seems very high quality and I am pleased with it. |

I shopped all over the place and found that this was a fair price for this item.
This works great for helping to strengthen ankles and also helps me work on my knee stability. |

Quality board, Does not have any adjustment |

Wobble board shipped quickly and is sturdy construction. My only disappointment is the board does not have an angle adjustment. If you want more to progress to more advanced balancing, it is useful to have a borad that adjusts. |

Great for stretching and exercise! |

We originally purchased the wobble board because my husband has weak ankles. Well, it's helping to strengthen his ankles and so much more. The DVD has several exercises and stretches that help work your entire body. It's a nice, sturdy, high quality board. |
