this is a good general purpose bag for TKD training. My only complaint is the base is so wide that my daughter (who is also taking classes) is a little too short for the bag at its lowest height. She has to be really careful not to kick the post under the pad. Filled with sand it is almost impossible to knock over. A flying sidekick to the top of the bag will make it rock like a bowling pin. |
