Can't inflate |

I'm sure there is an easy way to inflate this buoy, but it does not come with directions or any information. I tried using a bicycle pump with and without a basketball-type inflation needle with only partial success. I tried finding the information on the web but it is not available. I can't use it or recommend it as is. |
