Some Problems |
I own this same weapon it was the same price, same body, same metal, same everything except it was sold from another distributor and was a wood colour.
It's a great gun if you want a cheap but okay gun, but beware. Mine suddenly decided to randomly mis align gears after charging once.
I had it for three days, charged it one day, put battery back in fired and the sound was significantly different. I opened up the gearbox and a gear is out of line, plus I can no longer use the mode selector because the plastic piece for the mode selector inside next to the gearbox split and it is very hard to place the mode selector perfectly back. |

Good service, good product, amazing price for an all metal AK-47! Charge the battery overnight and it is ready to go. I don't actually shoot BBs with this but love the sound and look of it. Not sure it would hold up in mock combat, but I did the real thing and have no interest in re-enactments. |

This wasn't a good gun. the first time I tried to use it, the gun wouldn't shoot the bbs. If you want an AK47, get it from a different brand... |

this is a very nice ak47. id give it a 5 because since its metal yes its also really heavy but it wont break on you. ulike the other plastic ak47's you drop it one time! one TIME! and its gone cya! so its very nice,
i would recomend that you find a clip that holds alot of ammo cause when your holding this puppy you get really trigger happy :P. its got good power and suprising accracy im impressed. |

Im not saying its a bad gun, no way. Its a good gun. 400 shots per minute. But you guys underestimate Tokyo Marui. You see, nothing can compare to Tokyo because thier guns feel realistic, have hop up, fire at at least 375 fps, and are full auto electric, and if not, gas, pushing it up to 400+ fps. thats why they are 300$+. If u just want the 400 shots per minute, i highly reccommend AEG P90 assult rifle. On top of that, it actually holds 400 shots, a lot more down to earth than this gun. 45 shots per clip? Na. Even with an extra magazine, it would still only hold about 200. Thats only 30 seconds of shooting. Then what? But the P90, it has about the same fps, same fire rate, better clip size, and it is 20$ cheaper. Id say this gun is a good collectors item. But for a real game, use the P90 if you want a good bullet hose. Usually Hotimporttoys has great guns, but its ok to slip a collectors one in once in a while. What could it do? But really, look at it. Its only half full metal, insufficient clip size, and dissappointing fps. I truly believe they overestimated this gun. With all those capital letters, i can tell hot import toy was excited about this gun. But sadly, if they would have looked past the realistic feeling, and to what matters on an airsoft gun, like fps and clip size ( which is the short ends of the stick on this gun ((ok,45 is decent, buy not for 400 shots per minute. thats slightly more that 6 seconds of shooting!)) ) they could have made this gun legendary. You see, if the fps was 270 with .12, and 240 with .20, and the clip size was 80 or 90, id invest in this gun, but in reality, its not.
