My favorite out there!!! |
|
I am and girl and it is pretty hard to fit into the whole import scene. I fell in LOVE with Super Street the first time I picked it up. Minutes later I was getting a subscription, which I am always excited to get in the mail. Love the articles...they can always make me laugh after a hard day. Awesome cars, just an overall good vibe. Great staff (have talked to them a number of times.) No complaints whatsoever. Recommend this for anyone interested in the import scene that has a sense of humor, of course. :) |

sites and sounds but not sound enough |
If you are new to the whole car scene and want to familiarize yurself with what parts look like, I suggest you get a couple copies of superstreet. It is more for entertainment purposes though. They have funny editorials in there that are kind of like a readers digest. There are also many adverts as well, but some of the adverts are cool. Personally I am shifting to more informational and educational magazines. I got a copy of Sport Compact a few months back and it was a good read. I wish superstreet had more learning articles like Sport Compact does.
Superstreet is just more entertainment...just sites and sounds...take a look around...and dream about your dream car whatever it is. Isn't that what magazines are meant for anyways?? Get Sport Compact too if u dont mind spending more on a magazine collection. But SS comes with a pull out poster in each copy i think...
I reccomend Superstreet....its a good deal because it is thicker than most mags. Less than 2bux an issue. Hope this review helps.
WHAT THE HECK AM I SAYING...GET THIS..its HOTT.. |

Major disapointment in business practices give them 0 Stars |
I give them 0 Stars for Super Street's in business practices.
I purchased a 0ne year subscription for my grandson, and he has been hounded, threatened and sent coercive letters to pay for additional subscriptions or his current subscription will be cancelled.
The magazine is great, this companies business advertising and threats to re-subscribe stink!! The extermely clever worded renewal forms gives the impression the subscription will be stopped "soon" unless addtional monies are sent. The difference is, my grandson is only 15 and doesn't understand the difference between collection letters and lousy business practices.
Call me: Josh's Grandad .. been there and done that!!

Super Street is the best, it's name says it all! |
|
Super Street is the best import car modification magazine out there simply because its contents satisfy all of the readers, from the tech guys to the guys who just look for the cars and girls. And it has personality! The balance of article and babes is equal, and the magazine featured some of the most wicked rides ever built. For quality, I recommend this magazine over any other mags, especially SCC. |
