I LOVE this knife!!! It's the first knife I go for when I want to cut/chop anything. I returned a Henckels set b/c it didn't compare to the sharpness of this knife. |

Noting to look at, but works great. |

Opening the package I was skeptical. It looked so plain with its stamped steel blade and molded handle. After using it once I could see why the ratings were so high. The blade is very sharp. The curve of the blade makes for a natural rocking motion for mincing. The fibrox handle always gives a sure grip even with slippery hands. My only problem with this knife was the fact that it was a bit too wide to fit in my knife block. No problem, it's worth going to the drawer for this knife. |

Never received this product after three weeks with no notice |

Was expecting this product at least a week after the shipping date. Somehow, never received it after more than three weeks later. Don't know who the seller is but its very very bad customer service. Never received any notice, call, email, etc. on how/why the product never came\^^/ |
