This is the best of all the program I've tried for my Palm. It keeps track of water intake, has a fully customizable food database, and calculates your energy output through daily life and exercise. I've lost over 40 lbs in the last 4 months. I'm on Atkins, and this is perfect for helping me keep track of what I need. Others on WW, wanting to maintain a certain food balance, or trying to eat according to the U.S. gov't recommendations will find this just as helpful. I love that it tracks the water intake as well. I try to drink a gallon of water a day, and I don't have to rely on my memory to keep on track. I've had no problems with it, and highly recommend this product. |
