Darn Pretty... Darn Slow |
I so wanted to love the new Snagit
8 was great... took a bit of tweaking but best of the bunch.
9 not so great... beautiful new look but so slow I can eat
my lunch before a screen capture pops up.
Hopefully a few updates will help this product really shine. |

You Should Snag - Snag It! |
I appreciated the sniping tool in Vista -- but I hated Vista so much I reinstalled XP. So I missed the sniping tool and Googled for a solution and found Snag It! Snag It! is far, far superior to the simpleton tool Microsoft had (SURPRISE.
I whole heartly recommend this if you need to send screen shots with comments. |

Great software and company |

I have used SnagIt since 2002 and have purchased every upgrade. The product is well worth the price and a great tool for anyone that wants to capture content in any format for reporting, analysis, consulting, etc. The user interface is quite intuitive and continues to improve with new and flexible feature with every new release. Techsmith is a quality company and SnagIt is an example of great software. |

I've used this product for years when I was consulting. Now I find a lot of use for it as an editor. They continue to keep the quality up.
