This game has not installed correctly. I've received a new game from Americancivilwar and it still will not install. I gave up. I looked on the Phantom website for patches but there wasn't anything there. |

Reel Deal Slots Blackbeard's Revenge
As with the previous Phantom Reel Deal games we purchased, the graphics and the new slot machines are great; however this is the last Phantom software we will buy! The software seems to have some sort of "planned obselence" built in. The games we loaded previously cannot now be played off-line on our computer and the new game, "Blackbeard's Revenge", would not load properly. This problem is not unique to us; one of our friends has had the same problems and frequent calls to Phantom did nothing to resolve the problems. We did finally get it to load on our laptop which had no Phantom software installed. |

Well worth the money! |
I've not had any problems with this game. I did, however, make sure I had the required video card and memory before purchasing. This game is a slot lover's dream! Gorgeous graphics, innovative bonus rounds, and clever themes make for hours of fun.
The overall theme is pirates.."AAAaRRRgh", and several games tap into that. From swashbuckling adventures, to dark and scary pirates, to hilarious pirate parodies.
Raja's Rupees has a lush feel of India...gorgeous graphics, and Tunzamunny is a funky blend of Egyptian and Sci-fi that has to be seen to be believed. My favorite is Kash Kong, a take on King Kong, with cool art deco graphics and a great bonus round. There really is something for everyone here, and none that I don't like.
Don't get the wrong idea about this game from the negative reviews. Just make sure your computer meets the requirements before purchasing. Blackbeard's Revenge is one of the best entertainment buys I've ever made for $20.

Aggravating |
There is nothing more aggravating that paying full price for a CD then find out that the legitimate purchaser has to put a CD in the drive everytime you want to play. I find this a real pain in the you know what. For Pete's sake, what do they think they are saving? Every copy of Windows comes with disk duplication software with a Help button that tells you how to use it. It is so easy and cheap to simply buy a blank and make a copy of the CD if someone wanted to. This thing is going back, I'm not going to put up with this.

UNABLE TO PLAY |
THIS GAME LOOKED LIKE A GOOD ONE, EXCEPT YOU NEED TO HAVE A NEWER COMPUTER WITH AT LEAST TWO GIG OF MEMORY.I WAS UNABLE TO BOOT PROGRAM ON COMPUTER RECIEVED APPLICATION ERROR. SO BEWARE IF YOU BUY THIS PROGRAM YOU MIGHT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS.
INFORMATION FOR WHATS REQUIRED SHOULD BE POSTED ON ALL THE SOFTWARE SOLD.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. |
