3 Action Packed Fallout Games in 1 Collection! Set in the aftermath of a world-wide nuclear war, Fallout will challenge you to survive in an unknown and dangerous world. Continuing in the tradition of the Fallout series of role-playing games, Fallout Tactics is a squad-based, third-person tactical combat game with RPG character development and a mission-based story line. Fallout - A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game is the sequel to Fallout. It's been 80 long years since your ancestor, the "Vault Dweller" trod across the wastelands. As you now search for the Garden of Eden Creation Kit to save your primitive village, touch choices and even tougher consequences await you. |

mixed bag |

This collection includes fallout 1, 2, and tactics, which I have not played. Great imagination and setting. Gameplay suffers a little from a less-than-perfect interface. Great story and characters. Fallout 2 bogged down about halfway through and I never finished it. |

Why do you have to be a Hater??? |
|
Yes, I agree, the Fallout 1 and 2 rock but Fallout Tactics is rockin' as well. It is a little harder to beat than the first two games but the real time game play, not turn based, is pretty dang fun. Set up traps, ambushes, and rush your enemies. Sweet weapons like the laser cannon and chain gun only inhance the game play as well. If you are willing to try out the challenging game play of Fallout Tactics and get past the first few missions you will fall in love with it as I have. Fallout 3 will have a lot of elements from Fallout Tactics as well as Fallout 1 and 2, besides the fact that it will be one charcter instead of six unique ones. The first two games don't tell a whole lot about the Brother Hood of Steel. As i remember you are able to join up with the Brother Hood in the second one but Tactics allows you to start off as one. It is a great game. |

pretty good |
|
I mainly got this for the tactics game. Other family members love fallout 1 & 2. It does have a few issues crashing with XP, but so far tactics does not. Tried to find a patch for 1&2 online without any luck. Overall I am happy with the game considering that it's running on XP, instead of the OP it was designed for. |
