I FINALLY read Mina's Joint and I must say that Keisha Ervin does not disappoint!!! I thoroughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end. Ms. Ervin weaved a "hood tale" ripe with political scandal, some downlowness and in the end...LOVE.
I'm in love with the main character's Mina Victor...I want more Mina and Victor!!! |

This was a pretty good book. I liked the plot and it kept me interested. I would definitely look forward for a part two, to see what happens next with Meesa and Black and Mina and Victor. Keisha Ervin is a gifted author. There's no doubt about it. |

This book was WONDERFUL I read it in 1 1/2 days I stayed up late reading it and I couldn't put it down. I was even sneaking to read it at work covering it up with documents when I heard folks coming lol!! |

I loved this book , It makes you laugh & it's amazing the things you have to go through in order to find what's important in your life. The characters are similar to people I can relate to. Victor was a true romantic, jus amazing. Andrew was a punk from beginning to the end. Mina and her girls including delicious was just hillarious!!. Bigg ups to MS. Ervin . keep doin' ya thing girl!!! |
