The 7 recipes I tried lacked taste and flavor. |

I would not recommend this unless I HAD to be on a diet and I knew how to add flavor to dishes. Only ONE out of the 7 I tried from main dishes and muffins where worth repeating. |

despite of the diet's name (south beach= very superficial) this diet is great for ANYONE, it's just about eating healthy for life. I wouldn't call it a diet...but should be a lifestyle. Great cooking ideas with very simple ingredients that make healthy and delicious food. |
