A Must be Read Book |

Well, personally I love mysterious books so that I have to put insight and some predictions. The Westing Game was the book that started my love for mystery books. It's about these specially chosen people to do a gambling kind of game with money. Westing is very rich and gives out money before every meeting. He said that one of the people who is playing the game has taken his soul and you must know that taking soul doesn't always mean killing somebody. So the game starts and the soul taker starts to enjoy this game. It is very interesting book that makes you think. YOu should read this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

the Westing Game Review |

The book that I have recently read and enjoyed is called The Westing Game. This book is about a rich man that owns a company named Westing Paper Products. Mr. Westing is murdered and has several heirs in mind to manage his fortune. My favorite part in the book was when the bomb went off in Angela's hands. If you like mystery books and like connecting the dots then you wll definitely love this book. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would highly recommend this book to everyone. |

Ok, but.... |

The book was very interesting but there were lots of parts that you get lost in. Sixteen heirs of Sam Westing have gathered for the reading of his will. Sam is dead but that doesn't mean he can't play "one last game". This when the plot thickens, "My life was taken by one of you." This reading of a will suddenly turns into a race for their lives, or so they think. One of the heirs is a bomber, another is a bugular, and one is a mistake. And now they find out that one of the heirs is a killer. They all decide they have to be very careful. This is when the book gets confusing cause so many things are happening at once that you lose track. Good book but hard to follow throughout. |

Childhood Favorite |

I first read this book when I was in the fifth grade and loved it. i read it too many times to count. Recently, I was pleasantly surprised to find it in the children's section of my local library. I checked it out, preparinf myself to be disappointed and find the book was not as good as I remembered. It wasn't - it was even better. I ordered a copy to stick on my shelf for my kids when they are old enough to read. I hope they will enjoy it as much as I did! |

I don't care how old you are. The intelligence and sheer fun of this mystery is sure to delight anyone who likes to think and likes a puzzle. Beyond that, this book stays true to its characters and keeps them real, flawed, and understandable. It's clever, mysterious, and keeps you guessing and thinking. |
