Geodes |
I have been collecting geodes since the 1950's. I am pleased that there is finally a book didicated to the science of geodes. The text explains how these beautiful natural treasures were created, and where they can be found. This book contains beautiful color photos of most types of geodes.

Geodes: Nature's Treasures by Brad L. Cross &June Zeitner |
|
Overall, an excellent book on Geodes and Thundereggs with great photos. My only problem with it is the fact that very few of the pictured specimens had dimensions listed! It would be great to know what size Mineral you are looking at! |

Great book for geode fans! |

This is a great effort by June Zeitner and Brad Cross. They've done a great job again! They play into each other's strengths to produce a wonderful resource, covering geodes of all sorts from most of the Western Hemisphere. |
