Comprehensive;yet an easy and practical guide to IFRS |
I'm a resident from Turkey and dealing with corporate consultancy business. Before buying this book What's in my mind was that to reach up-to-date information about IFRS policies with an emphasis on properly implementing and interpreting the rules set forth in IFRS. I should thank to the authors so that I really found more than what I was in mind; a systematic and orderly way of providing information structure that helped a lot in easy understanding of policies and procedures supported by clearly identified implementations. Fundamental IFRS topics have been explained in detail in each chapter where one can find satisfying info in very well structered major sections namely definition of terms, concepts and examples, decision trees,policies,procedures...all contribute to through and easy understanding of contents of each chapter. I advise this book to all readers who have a deep concern on IFRS policies and procedures; I found more detailed info than I thought and highly satisfied by the contents and methodogies provided by the book.
