Great for Beginners |

A great book for someone just starting a business. I came to a business after they had about 6 months of Quickbook. I needed to learn Quickbooks after it had been used for a while. The main thing I learned was, USE A CPA to start the setup. If your business is bigger than 2 or 3 employees Quickbooks can become quicksand with no knowledgeable oversight. Book goes over the basics of starting up very thoroughly and can be a great help in setting up the books! |

This book is great. It's far better than the online QuickBooks "help" that comes with the software. I have been using QuickBooks for personal finances and recently converted the accounting system at work to QuickBooks. The Missing Manual has been a great resource in solving uncommon problems. |
