Returned No Hassle...Would Order From Them Again! |
I order the book a bit prematurely, having been laid off every penny I can save is important. My neighbor gave me her book. So when I tried to cancel my order it was a bit too late. I contacted the seller and received a response immediately stating they will issue the refund upon receipt of the book.
I emailed them the tracking number for my return and they even emailed me when the tracking number I provided to them did indicate that it was correct. The Post Office sent out the next day so it had not registered yet. They emailed me when they received the book. Within two days my money was credited back to my account. Great folks. Would defiantly order from them again!

This book should not be sold to the general public, The answers are not available unless you are an instructor.
I bought the book to give myself extra help, but it doen't do a person anygood if you can't get the answers. How can they expect you to review your mistakes. This is an email from product support (llw customer help)
