Product Description |
That hot guy tied to Lissianna Argeneau's bed? He's not dessert—he's the main course! Lissianna has been spending her centuries pining for Mr. Right, not just a quick snack, and this sexy guy she finds in her bed looks like he might be a candidate. But there's another, more pressing issue: her tendency to faint at the sight of blood . . . an especially annoying quirk for a vampire. Of course it doesn't hurt that this man has a delicious-looking neck. What kind of cold-blooded vampire woman could resist a bite of that? Dr. Gregory Hewitt recovers from the shock of waking up in a stranger's bedroom pretty quickly—once he sees a gorgeous woman about to treat him to a wild night of passion. But is it possible for the good doctor to find true love with a vampire vixen, or will he be just a good meal? That's a question Dr. Greg might be willing to sink his teeth into . . . if he can just get Lissianna to bite. |

Loved it! |
|
Ms. Sands is a staple in our paranormal romance book swap at work-we all love her and have devoured her Argeneau Vampire series hungrily-this was is ranking at an 8 in our group out of 10 (10 being the best)-I loved the characters and the humor. Ms. Sands never disappoints me. The book is too too cute and I loved the romance and in depth bonding of the 2 main characters plus-Thomas' Spiderman PJ's-LOL-some of our group have commented that Ms. Sands is a bit predictable and her reads are no-brainers but we that hasn't stopped the love we have for her-our group has been converted to devout fans of hers and I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series-good, quick, easy reading that makes you laugh and feel all mushy inside-LOL-plus there's some hot scenes in here-read it and I dare you not to at least like it a little bit-LOL |

If this book had been released first I never would have read the series |
In my opinion the publishing out of order did the author a favor. If this book had been the first in the series I never would have read the series nevermind pick up the next book. Single white vampire was laugh
out funny! while in this book Mom's mischief in trying to get her daughter cured and admitting her love for her lifemate puts her in danger
thanks to the maniplutive misunderstandings. Such as tying Greg back up
on her bed once her uncle shows up unexpectedly. She almost dies after
being staked at her friends house because of lack of blood for the nanos
to use to feed while fixing the wound. And Greg is awfully forgiving for
someone who is controlled and forced back to a house where he is held prisoner and gift wrapped as a present, as well as constantly having his
mind read. What truly interested me is we finally got to hear some about
Jean Claude in facts instead of just hearing he controled her. True it
isn't flattering but is everything you done in your life flattering? Be honest now. All in all an ok book that moves the series along. |

This book rocks, along with the whole series. I have them all and enjoy each and everyone. Thanks Lynsay Sands |

Love it! |
I have stopped reading romance novels for quite some time now until this. I love the Argeneaus! The concept about vampires in these books are so fresh and new. That they are HUMANS - only they are IMMORTAL, made these stories very logical. How and why they came about has a very good explanation too. I have read all nine Argeneau Series and was almost sad when Lynsay Sands said Margaruite's story was the last one (the ninth book).
But I think she mentioned she might bring back the Argeneaus in some other stories soon!! Can't wait!

The Argeneau Review in reverse |
|
I enjoyed every bit of this book. Unfortunately I read the books out of order. I read "Vampires are Forever" and then "The Accidental Vampire." I looked for the other books in book stores and did not realize they had been on the market for a while. I had to order the first set of books through Americancivilwar. I bought "Vampire,Interrupted" and could not wait to read it. They were all so good. I hope Lynsay Sands continues the Argeneau Series. The books are exciting, funny, and filled with passion. |
